Nurturing Nature Retreat 

Spend your Saturday afternoon enjoying spring in full bloom at Cornelius Pond Woodlands, engaging your body and mind through yoga and mindfulness exercises.

We will begin with a serene, gentle yoga class immersed in nature while embracing the healing energies of Reiki to help with stress reduction and relaxation.

Once our muscles are stretched and soothed, we will stroll the trails, moving with intention and opening up our senses to the world around us. Allow curiosity and wonder to guide you through the forest and meadow landscapes during this mindful outdoor experience.

We will close with a journaling session, taking time to reflect on our experiences and thoughts and perhaps set intentions for the future. Please join Sam Brintnall, holistic health and wellness practitioner (lumiyogawellness.org), and Andrea Higgins, Kripalu Mindful Outdoor Guide, to pause, refresh, and renew at this lovely Preserve for an afternoon of nourishment and restoration.

Please bring a yoga mat and water, dressing in clothing that allows movement and comfort for the weather. Journals will be given to each participant to use and take home.

Cost: $45 per person.

In case of inclement weather, the retreat will be canceled & your reservation refunded.
