Yoga, Guided Mindful Nature Walk, and Sound Meditation with Andrea Higgins and Ashley Woodworth 

Retreat to the beautiful Coy's Brook Woodlands with Andrea Higgins (Kripalu Certified Mindful Outdoor Guide) & Ashley Woodworth (Kripalu and Bhakti Certified Yoga Instructor) for a unique nature experience.

This three-part immersive retreat includes:

~A gentle yoga class surrounded by towering trees. Breathe in the fresh spring air and listen to the birds sing. 

~A guided meditative saunter through the beautiful woodland trails admiring the meandering wetlands and upland habitat. Pause to appreciate the details and beauty found in nature, and rekindle your sense of curiosity, discovery, awe, and wonder.

~Close your afternoon adventure by enjoying the healing and therapeutic benefits of a sound meditation under the blue skies.

Please bring a yoga mat/towel and water bottle to stay hydrated.

  • Friday, March 15th (1-4 p.m.): Coy's Brook Woodlands

Cost: $50 per person.

Please dress for weather, warmth, and comfort.  

In case of inclement weather, the retreat will be canceled & your reservation refunded.
