Hike the Cape Cod Bay Flats

Venture out onto the Cape Cod Bay flats at low tide on a guided walk with Mark McGrath from Crosby Beach in Brewster to Rock Harbor in Orleans. We can walk out for up to a mile or as far out as the group is comfortable. Along the way, if we're fortunate, we may cross paths with folks shell fishing for razor clams and hear their stories. We will cross several streams where the water may reach up to knee-high. Please wear old sneakers, sandals, or water shoes. 

This will be a one-way 2.5-mile hike at low tide on firm sand. Please arrive early for carpooling to take place before the walk to leave cars at Rock Harbor. Walkers should be in good physical condition to join this hike.
