April 22nd Birding Walk
with Peter Trull
About Your Experience:
Join birding expert and author Peter Trull at HCT’s Robert F. Smith Cold Brook Preserve from 8:00 to 10:00 a.m. on Thursday, April 22nd. Birding enthusiasts from all experience levels are welcome.
Peter will provide information about all birds seen and heard. He will help participants strive for good birding observations with patience and guidance. You’ll learn birding basics and likely see some species for the first time. Other features of this walk will include bird behavior, habitat preferences, signs and tracks of other fauna in the area. Peter will record all species seen and Mike Lach (HCT) will email the birding recap to all participants. Please join us for this two-hour field class in birding and natural history.
