Beech Forest Birding Walks with Peter Trull

Sponsored by Harwich Conservation Trust & Provincetown Conservation Trust, join Naturalist Peter Trull to enjoy the spectacle and excitement of warbler migration, along with scarlet tanagers, vireos, grosbeaks, and flycatchers pouring through the newly budding trees of the Beech Forest in Provincetown. This is an experience all birders from novice to expert anticipate each spring. Observe colorful spring migrants whirling, swirling, and singing in the trees and thickets while learning about each species we find. See spring migration in all of its avian beauty.

Walk leader Peter Trull has been involved in Research and Education for over 45 years. He holds a Master’s Degree in Education and has written nine books about Cape Cod natural history. His most recent book Birds of Paradox-The Life of Terns, was released in spring 2019. His upcoming book, Cape Cod – Once Around the Sun, is a tribute to John Hay and his 1961 classic, Nature’s Year.
