Please join naturalist and horseshoe crab enthusiast Andrea Higgins to hear incredible facts about Limulus polyphemus! Learn about their anatomy and why you shouldn't pick them up by their tails, plus the unique traits of their blue blood and its important uses in healthcare. These prehistoric creatures never cease to amaze.
This walk is suitable for all ages. Enjoy a sunset beach stroll and horseshoe crab search along Pleasant Bay at low tide.
