Guided Horseshoe Crab Walks

What has been around for 450 million years and is older than the dinosaurs, but can still be found right here in the waters all around Cape Cod?

Please join naturalist and horseshoe crab enthusiast Andrea Higgins to hear incredible facts about Limulus polyphemus! Learn about their anatomy and why you shouldn't pick them up by their tails, plus the unique traits of their blue blood and its important uses in healthcare. These prehistoric creatures never cease to amaze.

This walk is suitable for all ages. Enjoy a beach stroll and horseshoe crab search along Pleasant Bay at low tide.
