Spending time outside, immersed in the gifts of nature is an amazing antidote to the fast pace of modern living.  You are invited to rekindle your nature connection and experience what many outdoor enthusiasts, naturalists, poets, and indigenous cultures have long known:  the great outdoors is good for us.  Spark your sense of wonder, slow down and admire all the beauty that surrounds us.  Stroll scenic trails, feel the calming benefits of slowing down and being completely present among the bounty and the beauty of your local conservation lands.

The Kripalu Center in Stockbridge, Massachusetts focuses on enhancing health and personal well-being through teaching yoga, nutrition, mindfulness, and other supportive practices. Kripalu-trained Mindful Outdoor Guides like Andrea offer "powerful nature-based experiences - combining forest bathing, Ayurveda, meditation, and practical outdoor skills - for people of all ages and backgrounds."
